A Bit About Us

Our Story

Jackie is a fully qualified piano tuner/technician and has been tuning and restoring pianos for 30 years. She is also an accomplished pianist and teacher.

Jackie trained at the Leeds College of Music under Ken Forrest and Alistair Lawrence (of Lawrence and Nash Pianos) in England graduating in 1993. She worked for the highly regarded Hinves Pianos (formerly Pianissimo) in Spain throughout the 1990s specialising in the restoration of upright pianos and also tuning at music schools and conservatories across the south of Spain. She returned to the UK and has worked across the North of England having been involved in the revival of the British made Piano at Cavendish Pianos in North Yorkshire.
She has also taught piano lessons privately throughout this time teaching both children and adults.
